TERMS & CONDITIONS

PERSONAL TRAINING

  1. Based on our consultation, I will use my knowledge and experience to design a safe and effective program that will be aimed to drive positive change to your fitness goals, training experience and exercise preferences.

  2. Your information will be private and confidential.

  3. You are required to arrive on time so we get a full session on each visit. The session time will not be extended if you are late.

  4. At least 24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rearranging a session. This can be done on the website directly. Anything less than 24hours notice for a cancellation or a no-show will mean the session is lost and charged.

  5. If I must cancel the session, I will ensure it is rearranged promptly. You will not be charged for the missed session.

  6. Arrive in appropriate clothing and footwear for the session. If outdoors, waterproof jackets, leggings, jogging bottoms are advised. If cold, jackets, gloves and hats until the body is warm and for your return journey. 

  7. I will carry a small First Aid Kit, as well as sanitiser. I am First Aid trained. Serious injuries will be supported by Howden Insurance & UK Coaching.

  8. When training outdoors in the parks, I will not be in control of dogs, dog-walkers, others using the park or the weather. Normal vigilance and preparation is therefore necessary. 

  9. Personal training is a two-way commitment. I will give my best to support you, I will expect your best efforts and energy in return. The best results will be driven by consistently showing up and executing quality reps with a smile on your face.

ONLNE PT & PROGRAMMING

  1. Please ensure your space, audios and visuals are set up appropriately for online PT sessions. I will ensure the same on my side and this will help improve the effectiveness of our sessions. 
     

  2. Please ensure your wifi connection is appropriate to avoid breaks in connection and our session. The session will not be extended if the wifi connection is lost. 
     

  3. You will receive a Zoom session link via a confirmation email.
     

  4. Be prepared in appropriate fitness clothing and on time.
     

  5. You must take responsibility for your actions and ensure you are exercising safely. I cannot be held responsible for slippery surfaces or accidents in your home. If an exercise feels uncomfortable, unsafe or too difficult, there is no obligation to complete those reps. Communicate the issue and we will resolve and adjust safely.

COMMUNICATION
& PAYMENTS

  1. Communication should take place via the website messenger OR TRUECOACH messenger or through comments/feedback on the workouts/practices you complete. More detailed matters can be discussed on our 1-1 video consultation, during our PT sessions or written and sent via email. Urgent matters may be sent to my telephone via Whatsapp messenger, voice note or phone call.

  2. I will be checking and responding to messages and emails twice daily at 11:00 and 16:00 BST. This move is to increase efficiency, effectiveness and to help me accomplish more to serve you better. 

  3. Payment subscriptions will charge on the 1st of the month and will auto-renew until cancelled. The 6 month contract subscriptions will require a one-off payment and run for 6 months.

COVID 19
UPDATED TERMS

  1. Follow the guidelines set by the government and be clear with communication if you feel unwell or have been around anyone that has fallen ill.
     

  2. Equipment will be cleaned with anti-viral spray. Hand sanitiser will be available to use too.
     

  3. Face coverings are not essential outdoors and wearing one is your decision.
