Get fit with HIIT with 50 follow along workouts. 35-40mins, 3-4 per week, 14 weeks. Can you do it!? Abs of steel, buns of iron, pecs on fire, heart of gold. Our first taste of duo online follow-along classes that includes HIIT, Kettlebells/Dumbbells, Animal Flow ®, Calisthenics, Core, Plyometrics, Pilates and Mobility. All classes can be completed with no equipment. 1 session per week can be completed with a Kettlebell/Dumbbell or bodyweight.
