Every day, we should aim to find time for a mindful moment, even if it is just 3 minutes. Disconnect from the World for a little while to reconnect with Yourself. Being in the present moment helps you be more grounded. It helps you appreciate the little things in life. With a bit of practice and time, being mindful will increase mental clarity, reduce stress & make you much more able to deal with hardship such as negative self-talk or emotions. It will help you focus on abundance rather than scarcity. Join us for a short moment. Make sure you to be in a comfortable space, free of clutter. You may want to light a candle or incent to help you go deeper in the meditation. Sit comfortable, close your eyes, breathe and relax.
