About

The push up: a basic yet fantastic exercise to nail. We focus on quality in this challenge to teach you how to perform a perfect push up. Like most exercises, the better quality, the more efficient the rep becomes for your strength gains. Being able to to 20 great push ups is a goal we should all aim for. Get familiar with regressions and progressions. WHAT DO I NEED? Nada!
