Handstands - a brilliant calisthenic skill to work on that will get you some killer abs and shoulders whilst testing your core strength, balance and gaining upper body strength! Nailing the handstand will make you a much stronger athlete for all other cali skills! 1 exercise per day, 5 days a week for a whole month. Can you do it without missing a day!? Can you create a routine around it!? š This challenge has been designed in 4 blocks (or 4 weeks). ā° You will need 5-10min daily (including the warmup), 5 days a week and 4 weeks to complete the challenge. šŖ You will have 1 exercise to complete daily. You will find introduction videos and coaching video assigned to days of the week. āļø I recommend you to do the āHandstand Warm Up Follow Alongā before starting every day. This will ensure safe practice of the exercises by waking all your muscles! š§āāļø A yoga mat will be useful, if you' donāt have one a towel (if hard floor) will do just fine. šŖ A wall or door you can use to kick up into a handstand
